Discovery Call

During this 15- to 30-minute call, we learn about your travel preferences, priorities, budget, dietary needs, special requirements, etc. If this is our first time working together, it is also an opportunity to get to know each other. If we have worked together before, it is a chance to catch up!

The Design

This is where we get to work! Collaborating with our global partners, we begin designing a proposal for your ideal getaway based on the preferences and details you have shared. As a preferred partners with our suppliers, we can offer you vetted hotels, transfers, and guided experience options for your consideration. We will also share details about guarantees, deposits, and cancellation policies.

Connect

About 7-14 days prior to your departure, we will have a pre-departure call, which typically lasts between 30 to 60+ minutes.

During this call, we will go over the details of your confirmed travel itinerary, review any special requests (including dietary preferences), and address any questions you may have.

After the pre-departure call, we will contact your hotels, guides, and drivers to finalize any special requests, arrival and departure details.

Enjoy

It’s time to travel! During your trip, you will have access to your itinerary and all travel details through a mobile app. If you are traveling internationally, you will also have contact information for in-country support, should you need it. Of course, we will be here for you every step of the way.
